Tasting notes describe flavours or characteristics that may be perceived in the coffee. They do not mean that those ingredients or flavourings have been added unless specifically stated.

The taste of brewed coffee may vary depending on factors including grind size, water quality, water temperature, brewing equipment, brewing technique, freshness, and personal taste.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item.

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If we cannot supply a product you ordered, we may:

• Contact you to offer a suitable alternative;
• Remove the unavailable product from your order and refund the applicable amount; or
• Cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
