Yes. We ship to all ten provinces and shipping is free on coffee orders over $60 CAD. Orders to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are subject to a small shipping cost.

Quality remains the highest if you order your coffee in whole bean form, and have your own grinder. We do offer grinding for different settings, however, as every brewer is different, we can't guarantee our grind is ideal for your individual machines, which means sales on all ground coffee are final.

We roast to order as much as we can, so most orders leave the roastery within 24hr, Monday-Friday.

Every coffee that's available on our website, is also available in our cafe. If you're local, feel free to visit our cafe, which is right next door to our roastery and grab a coffee and a bag of coffee :)

We roast daily, and orders are always shipped within 24hr Monday-Friday.

Whatever matches how you brew — whole bean, pour over, drip, Aeropress, French press, or espresso. Not sure? Our Brew Guide can point you in the right direction, or go whole bean and grind fresh at home. The best results will always be achieved if you have your own grinder.

Somewhere cool, dark, and airtight — the bag it came in works great. In our testing, we've found flavours to stay well within our spec for up to 6 weeks off roast. Skip the fridge or freezer, and try to get through it within a few weeks of the roast date for the best cup.

We focus our sourcing on a handful of countries — Colombia, Ethiopia, Peru, Kenya, and Guatemala — where we've built long-term relationships with producers we genuinely trust. Read more on our About page.

Single Origin coffees are defined as coffees from one individual producer or group that's packaged as one lot and shipped to us. These are coffees that we select individually because they showcase a flavour profile that we want to showcase. Blends are coffees that we always have on the menu that we keep consistent by finding coffees that suit that profile and mix them to a perfect balance.
