As with every year’s Julekaffe, we're using the “El Chocolate” lot from the Prentice family at Finca De Dios, in Fraijanes, Guatemala, . This lot is sweet, fudgey, and delicate. We’ve worked with Ashley, Ellen, and Stuart for seven years now and love how consistent and dependable their coffees are.

We think this coffee embodies the comfort of the season. Our aim was to apply as much development for body and sugars, without adding "roast" flavour!
