Located essentially right downtown Antigua, in Guatemala, Finca Santa Clara is one of the most efficient, progressive coffee farms we've visited.

This particular coffee is a selection of Gesha variety, grown on the east-facing slope of Santa Clara farm, looking at the Fuego volcano. This Gesha coffee traces its lineage back to Panama, giving it intense stone fruit, lemon, and jasmine flower notes.
