Other than the sticker, there is a whole lot more that makes this our Gold Label Espresso.

Our gold label espresso is a rotating premium Single Origin Espresso that is used in our cafe exclusively, which we have roasted to achieve the best of the best in specific coffees flavour, profile and more that make it ideal for espresso.

We use a recipe of 19g in, 48-50g out in ~30 seconds.

Currently this coffee is Ricardo Zelaya’s Bourbon variety lot, from Finca Santa Clara, in Antigua, Guatemala. This is a blend of 3 days of bourbon pickings from late February, 2024.
